How much does it cost?
Joining as a client is free — you pay whatever the coach you choose charges. highlinesx takes a platform fee on each sale, so coaches keep the majority. That fee — plus any partner processing fees — is shown upfront in the coach wallet, never deducted silently.
When do coaches get paid?
Earnings move from pending to available after the per-session dispute window closes. You can see both totals on your wallet at any time.
Are messages and photo reviews unlimited?
No. Each coach package has its own daily message and photo-feedback limits, plus optional voice/video replies and live-session allowances. Those limits are shown before a client subscribes.
Is income on highlinesx recurring?
Client subscriptions renew monthly, so you get recurring income you can plan around. What you actually earn always depends on how many clients you keep and the packages you offer — we don't guarantee a fixed amount.
Will I actually see results?
highlinesx gives you the structure — weekly check-ins, your coach, and your own logged progress — that makes staying consistent easier. Results depend on you and your coach doing the work; the platform keeps you both accountable, it doesn't promise a transformation.
What if a session doesn't happen?
Either side can open a dispute within the dispute window. Admin reviews evidence (chat history, join timestamps) before settling. Refunds, when granted, are issued back to the client's payment method.
Where can I use highlinesx?
The web app works in any modern browser. Mobile apps for iOS and Android are in development.
Is my data private?
Yes. We don't sell your data and we don't share it beyond the third-party services required to run the product (payments, cloud storage, push notifications). See our privacy policy for the full picture.
